"Cuadro" is a Spanish word for "Painting". Being under the Spanish colony for more than 300 years, Philippines is rich with a unique fusion of Filipino and Spanish culture including the love for the arts. However, with evolution of technology, it re-shaped us from viewing arts and paintings at art galleries to having our eyes fastened on the digital world's glitter. With this dilemma, Cuadro was born.

We thought of using Cuadro as means to help our local artists by showcasing their work on our website without any cost. Through this initiative, we aim to help revive our craving for the arts and encourage our local artists to continue living their passion to fill our eyes with their colors, shapes, and strokes.
